SEO Case Study 5: A Virginia REALTOR Produces Income With Her Website

Although Google Analytics were not attached to this website, an overview of website promotion work as well as information gathered from the client are included here. This REALTOR was one of Maximum Web Marketing’s earliest SEO clients and the company retains a business relationship with this client today. The commercial and residential real estate website was promoted monthly beginning in early 2004 and this cycle ended in May. By early 2005, a more aggressive strategy was undertaken.  Maximum Web Marketing Professionals began posting and syndicating three to four articles per month.

During the summer of 2005 the realtor was beginning to notice an increase in her closings and revenue.  Her solid income generating leads were coming from the website. They were retirement and relocation leads targeted during the campaign, and many were interested in luxury properties, not just the average single family home.  By the end of 2005, the REALTOR experienced a doubling of income. She began her first year in real estate with a gross of $60,000 in 2004 and grossed $120,000 in 2005. By 2006, her gross was $300,000. I early 2006, Maximum Web Marketing professionals were contracted to build and promote a new website geared towards  historic and luxury estates, horse farms, and waterfront communities.
